How Does Onboarding Work?

Once we’ve agreed to move forward, we’ll kick things off with a short discovery session. This is where we ask questions, gather context, and set the tone for the work ahead. It’s collaborative, clear, and sets a strong foundation for design with purpose.

Can You Work With My Existing Brand Guidelines?

Absolutely. Whether you have a full brand system or just a few references, we’ll meet you where you are. Our goal is to bring your identity to life with care and consistency.

How Long Does A Project Take?

It depends on the scope—but we’ll always set clear expectations before we begin. Some projects take a week, others a few months. We’d rather do it right than rush the process, and we’ll always do our best to align with your schedule.

Who Will I Be Working With

You’ll work directly with our small, focused team. Your initial conversation will be with either Sam, our Creative Director, or Seva, our Brand Strategist. We believe the best work comes from open dialogue and close collaboration—so you’ll always know who’s on the other side.

We’ll use a form of communication that you’re most comfortable with—whether that’s email, scheduled calls, shared boards, or something else. The goal is to keep things clear, collaborative, and easy to follow. You’ll always be in the loop.

Design is an iterative process. We welcome honest feedback and build in space for revisions. If something doesn’t feel right, we’ll work together to shift direction. And if you decide to pause or cancel at any point, just let us know—we’ll handle it thoughtfully and fairly.
